Our menu includes generous gyros wraps, loaded fries, salad boxes, halloumi, falafel and a range of tasty sides, all prepared with care and served with fresh salad, tzatziki and plenty of flavour. We are available for private hire, community events, sports clubs, markets, festivals, workplace catering and celebrations. Somerset Sizzlers began from a love of authentic Greek food and the joy of sharing it with others. After years of cooking traditional family recipes and serving up plates full of flavour at gatherings, we decided to take that passion on the road. Our food truck brings the taste of Greece to Somerset, from sizzling souvlaki and halloumi to homemade tzatziki, all with a Mediterranean twist that keeps things exciting and fresh. What drives us is simple: real food, great energy, and seeing people enjoy every bite. With a background in hospitality and events, we focus on quality, presentation, and creating memorable experiences wherever we roll up.

Our team brings together a strong mix of food passion, operational experience, creativity and customer service. Somerset Sizzlers was inspired by our love of Greek culture, food and travel, particularly after getting married in Cyprus in 2025 and continuing to visit the Greek islands, where we developed a real appreciation for fresh, generous and flavour-packed street food. Ross leads on flavour, cooking and food development, bringing the passion for creating tasty, authentic-style dishes that feel welcoming and memorable. Samantha leads on operations, compliance, food safety, documentation and customer experience, helping to ensure the business is professional, organised and reliable. Adrian supports menu development, helping us shape a strong food offer, while Chris supports brand strategy and public relations, helping us share the Somerset Sizzlers story clearly and confidently. A major milestone for us has been developing Somerset Sizzlers from an idea into a fully equipped mobile food trailer, ready to serve events, private hire, community celebrations and local customers across Somerset and the surrounding areas. Another key achievement was receiving a 5-star food hygiene rating from North Somerset Council, with positive feedback on the detail and quality of our food safety documentation. Although we are still a growing business, we are proud of the strong foundations we have built, from our branded trailer and clear menu offer to our commitment to hygiene, allergen awareness, customer service and supporting local events. Our biggest achievement is creating a business that reflects who we are: friendly, passionate, family-run and focused on bringing fresh Greek and Middle Eastern street food to the local community.
