Somerset Sizzlers isn’t your average food trailer. We bring the heat, energy, and flavour of real street food to every event. Our menu is bold, our ingredients are local, and our service is built on personality. People choose us because we make great food feel like an experience, not just a meal.

Somerset Sizzlers began from a love of authentic Greek food and the joy of sharing it with others. After years of cooking traditional family recipes and serving up plates full of flavour at gatherings, we decided to take that passion on the road. Our food truck brings the taste of Greece to Somerset, from sizzling souvlaki and halloumi to homemade tzatziki, all with a Mediterranean twist that keeps things exciting and fresh. What drives us is simple: real food, great energy, and seeing people enjoy every bite. With a background in hospitality and events, we focus on quality, presentation, and creating memorable experiences wherever we roll up.

We’re a brand-new business, but our passion for great food and good people runs deep. While we haven’t worked in hospitality for years, food has always been a big part of our lives, from cooking for family and friends to experimenting with flavours and perfecting our recipes at home. Somerset Sizzlers is our way of turning that love into something real, bringing fresh Greek flavours with a Mediterranean twist to events across Somerset. We might be just starting out, but we’re fully committed to doing it right with care, flavour, and heart in everything we serve.

Somerset Sizzlers typically caters to local events, private functions, and community gatherings across Somerset and the surrounding areas. Our clients include festival organisers, wedding parties, corporate event planners, and street food markets looking for high-quality, freshly grilled Mediterranean-inspired food. We also serve private clients for birthdays, celebrations, and outdoor events who want great food, vibrant presentation, and reliable service.

We’re at the start of our journey and don’t currently hold any formal credentials or memberships, but we’re in the process of building those foundations as Somerset Sizzlers grows. Our focus right now is on developing our business, refining our menu, and working towards the necessary food safety and catering certifications to ensure we meet the highest standards from day one.
