Special Occasion Staffing supply trained waiting & service staff for events and special occasions. If you require staffing for a small intimate event, wedding or party, we are here to help. All our staff are polite, presentable and professional. If you are looking for a team to deliver a brilliant food service, look no further. We have experience with working under pressure and will always do our best to make sure your event will run with ease when it comes to looking after your guests.

Typical Clients

For sit down events with 50 or more the team will happily make sure your food is served in a timely manor and work with the kitchen to ensure all guests are happy with their meal. Serving wine & water at tables, cleaning as they go and helping in every way they can. The team will also help to prepare service areas and event rooms should you need this service. Our team has worked with many catering companies supporting them to deliver a first class service to all events.

If you are planning a small intimate party at your home, we can be on hand to help. We will help set up with you, giving you time to get ready for your special occasion. We will meet and greet all your guests taking coats allowing you to enjoy your evening. The team will help to lay out all food, serve your guests canapes and drinks and then to clean as they go. To guarantee you fully enjoy the evening with your guests, the team will also clean and tidy the kitchen before they leave and also put out all rubbish for you.

Highly professional service and staff!

We needed staff for a large 'Black Tie' event that we were putting together in Cambridgeshire and needed staff to help serve the 3 courses to the guests. The communication was fantastic from the very start, it was obvious that they were professional and we had no doubt that the team would be very capable on the night. They arrived earlier than needed as they wanted to be familiar with the service and venue, this was really appreciate. They were dressed perfectly and very professionally. The girls were friendly, confident and cheerful when performing their duties! I only hope we have another event in the future so that we can count on them again! I highly recommend this business and assure you that you will not be disappointed.
