Spice Bag Co. is a food truck run by husband-and-wife duo, Georgi and Andy, bringing bold flavours and a taste of adventure to events across Bristol and beyond. Our signature dish is inspired by the legendary Irish spice bag—a mouthwatering mix of crispy fried chicken/tofu and chips with stir-fried peppers and onions mixed in our special Chinese spice blend. served in a bag with a pot of curry or sweet ´N´sour sauce. With years of experience in the high-pressure world of super yachting, we’ve taken our passion for incredible food and hospitality from the open seas to the open road, serving up delicious, high-quality street food from our eye-catching green trailer.

Before launching Spice Bag Co., we spent years travelling the world. As a super yacht chef, I’ve cooked for guests in some of the most luxurious settings, while Andy, a former yacht captain, has navigated the seas with precision and skill. Our time in yachting taught us the importance of top-tier service, attention to detail, and, most importantly, creating unforgettable food experiences. Now, we’re bringing that same dedication to every event we cater, ensuring each dish is packed with flavour, freshness, and a little bit of fun.
