Spice It Up Bar B Q are a caribbean catering company with over 30 years experience in catering & hospitality, we specialize in carribean cuisine & English cuisine, we do indoor & outdoor catering for any events, on our menu we have items like jerk chicken, bbq pork, curry mutton, cajun chicken wings, rice & peas, over 30 dishes, we also do hot & cold buffet's, outdoor catering we cook on our charlcoal BBQs

The perfect food and service for our event.
The BEST food and service I could not recommend Debbie enough. The set up was easy and did not have any impact on the surrounding party. The food was served on time, hot and massive portions. All dietary requirements were catered for and service was with a smile. Best of all - the food was incredible and so so so tasty and made with love. Would book Debbie back in a heartbeat!!!!
