We use a traditional cast iron ovens to cook our fresh potatoes coated in olive oil to give them a crispier skin from our converted Rice horse box which holds a 5star rating for cleanliness. Our homemade chilli we offer uses the 5% fat mince from a reputable local butcher that is suitable for the health concious people and is homemade as is our coleslaw. We also offer tuna mayo, coronation chicken, grated cheddar cheese and the traditional baked bean, all served with optional real butter, more than happy to choose your own toppings also.
Try our tried and tested homemade chilli served over nachos with optional sour cream, spicy cheese sauce, guacamole and jalapeños. To add to our menu we also cook and serve our slabs of steak pies made to order from our again reputable butcher with mushy peas, mint sauce and unlimited Henderson’s relish. 6oz gourmet burgers, served on fresh mixed salad leaves, sliced beef tomato, red onions with spicy cheese sauce all in a glazed fresh brioche bun. Pulled pork, slow cooked at home in served on a bed of mixed leaf salad, beef tomato, shredded red onion served in glazed buns served with a BBQ sauce or homemade coleslaw.
Homemade tarka dhall, simple but very popular with my clients,naan breads and fresh coriander is a favourite to our vegetarian guests.
Greek Gyros, marinated chicken thigh meat, cooked on the griddle, served in a warm traditional Greek pita bread, fresh sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions and homemade Tzatziki, perfect.
Buffet catering also available for any occasion and for any amounts of guests. Very reasonable prices to tailor your needs and dietary requirements Sharing boards, cheese boards the list is endless. Or if you fancy a hand stretched pizza cooked in our wood fired oven we’re more than happy to offer these. Our Story
When I was younger there was a really small jacket potato man who used to serve very basic potatoes under a bit of taupe, perfect for the way home after a good dance in the nightclub.
I always thought I would love to do that, fast forward 30+ years and I had to opportunity to buy my 1st mobile horse box.
Concentrating on only jackets we were asked to cater for our 1st wedding, the happy couple asked if we could do their full package, very nervous I declined but my wife said yes… ever since then my confidence grew and grew not knowing what we’re capable of and how much joy it brings seeing happy faces and our great reviews.

I’ve had 8 years experience, learning all the time, now full established from catering for large corporations and weddings were very experienced.
