With over 20 years expierence in outside catering we will deliver in any needs of our customers, from small birthdays, private chef and dining to weddings, we also have mobile catering vans/trailers for all events and cuisines.

I started neons a chef 28 years ago and have a vast experience in the hospitality trade and different cuisines that I can cook I still enjoy it as much today as I did all them years ago

Director Matt squire, that is me I started this business and still go out and cook for private dining events Sophie slack, she is the brains behind the business she organises all the staff and does all the design side of the company Evie squire, my daughter, she works and organises all front of house staff and works a lot when not studying And there is more seasonal staff we use which are the cogs of this company

I am a member if the professional chefs society an have got a lot of certificates for different things to compliment my cooking
