Due to event being let down last minute we were tasked with sourcing and booing security. We received interest from from several businesses. With 24 hours notice SSGL were professional, interested in the event. Even when we told them we had others in outing they were professional unlike other businesses who wouldn’t answer questions etc that were part of our due diligence. SSGL had no problem answering our questions and their website is full of information. We were right to choose them. 5* service was received that went above for us and the event. Fantastic pricing for all that was given. Highly recommend SSGL medics.

The Parish council agreed to book SSGL for the village Christmas event and paid the amount charged. The confirmation details were all correct. At the time they were meant to be there no one had arrived. We tried ringing the number on the website but no answer. We emailed but no reply. We have emailed many times since and still no contact from them. Extremely disappointing and worrying too. Thank goodness we had no incidents requiring medical assistance. This was very unprofessional especially for a vital service that is necessary at a public event. An explanation and refund have been requested but no one from SSGL has contacted the PC as yet and 2 weeks have passed now. This company will not be contacted for a booking by the PC again.

Excellent service all round, from rapid responses from the office when confirming details of the service required, including providing very helpful advice, through to the attendance of personnel on the night of our event - they were friendly, helpful, and reassuringly knowledgeable, and their cheerful presence helped our first freelance event go smoothly. Would recommend!

Despite contacting this company at short notice yesterday for an event last night they were highly professional and exceeded our expectations. Despite the short notice they had all of the paperwork completed, staff fully equipped and everything in place. They provided us with 4 security and 2 medical who were all friendly, professional and helpful and appropriately dressed. The medical equipment was substantial and the medics very knowledgeable. Their office informed us about this site when we contacted them stating that they wanted us to have options. This shows how reasonable and professional they are. We highly recommend them to everyone. Their office team are friendly, professional and approachable and delivered what we needed and more.
