We specialise in smoked & slow cooked dishes serving them up in all sorts of different ways for your event. Weddings, festivals, markets, and birthdays. There’s nothing we don’t cover. We even make the dessert! We’re all about creativity and fun, continually coming up with quirky and tasty hybrids. Everything from confit venison shank, smoked mojo pork butts and smoked fried chicken thigh to slow braised brisket and hickory BBQ smoked butternut for a veggie option & sweet dishes like confit apple pie with smoked pecans for dessert! It’s great working with these cooking techniques as the low & slow method always brings out the very best flavours and smoking different types of foods elevates them with flavour explosions you would never imagine! Based less than ten miles away from us.We do our very best to source the majority of our ingredients locally using Skinner of Kippen and J Hutchison butchers for our meat, who in turn use reputable suppliers Simpson Game and Millers of Speyside supplying the very best meat Scotland has to offer. We cover the whole of central Scotland including Perthshire, Glasgow, and the Trossachs, Fife and the Lothian and Borders. We are able to travel a fair distance from coast to coast with our vintage van. WEDDINGS We work with you, your venue or your wedding planner to ensure that everything is in place for you on the day. STREET FOOD ROOTS Although we do offer the buffet style as most of our packages, we can offer to serve up the food in our wonderful and popular street food vibe! This is where we started out. Working markets, food festivals, and midnight food and flea markets. We have honed our food style around the up-and-coming, diverse world of street food. We feel this is why our street food menu captures something totally unique.

We do cater for many different clientele . We are mostly recognised for our wedding and event catering, although we are generally seen attending street food markets and festivals on a regular basis in between these events.
