Hi! We are husband and wife team Andrew and Emma and we run Stark Weddings - a contemporary wedding photo and video studio covering the East Midlands, West Midlands and UK. What makes us unique is that we are equally at home covering a large traditional Asian wedding as we are a small intimate Traditional wedding.
We are one stop supplier for all of your wedding memories. We bring our unique blend of creative storytelling and expert knowledge to produce timeless wedding photo's and natural wedding videos for all faiths, beliefs and religions.
You can choose us to supply either service individually and work seamlessly with your existing suppliers, or choose us for both and save

Our Story
We have over 20 years experience capturing weddings of all faiths, beliefs and cultures across the Midlands and beyond. We are contemporary and highly creative wedding photographers and videographers. Stark Weddings is multi award winning including winning National Wedding Photographer 2026 at the recent National Wedding Awards.
We specialise in blending emotional candid imagery with evocative editorial storytelling - when combined you receive the perfect mix of natural and evocative imagery whether photo or video.
We are based at our Studio in Nottingham and cover the East Midlands, West Midlands and throughout the UK. We are fun, friendly and passionate about what we do.

Our Team
Andrew Cooper - I'm husband to Emma and father of three georgous little girls - Martha, Frankie and baby Georgia. I specialise in editorial and docuementary style photography workign across Asian and non-Asian weddings as well as commerical projects. I am also highly experienced as a videographer and film maker. Outside of the business I am passionate about spending time with my family as well as football and Padel Tennis.
Emma Cooper - I'm wife to Andrew and proud mummy! I specialise in telling people stories with video. I love telling wedding stories and working behind the scenes to capture all of those special moments a couple often never even see happen. I can manage a big fat Indian wedding just as much as a small, intimate traditional wedding. I am also expereinced at photography. My other passions include fashion, Emily in Paris and of course my girls (not necessarily in that order of course!).
