With a background in hospitality and a passion for food, people, and community - our unique Stroopwafel cart promises to add fun and flavour to weddings, festivals, and events of all kinds. We're the first to bring this Dutch delicacy in such a fashion to the UK.
We love sharing this cultural twist on gourmet street food, making every bite a moment to remember. Our traditional and robust cart can be used inside and outside, and we have all the equipment for it to run in rural areas too such as fields or gardens.

Our Story: From Amsterdam with Love (and a lot of Caramel)
It started with a smell. While wandering the streets of Amsterdam, we followed the scent of warm cinnamon and toasted sugar to a local stall. One bite of a fresh, gooey stroopwafel later, and we were hooked. But as we looked around, we realised something was missing… why couldn't we find this level of authentic, soul-warming Dutch perfection back home in Yorkshire?
So, we decided to bring it back ourselves. But we didn't want to do it halfway.
The Real Deal We didn't just want a "waffle stall." We wanted the real thing. We spent time building a relationship with a small, independent supplier in the Netherlands who now provides us with everything, from our secret-recipe wafel mix and signature caramel to the specialised equipment we use. When we say authentic, we mean it’s flown in, just for you.
Heritage on Wheels Then came the cart. We managed to track down an understated Edwardian traditional cart—currently the only one of its kind in the UK. It’s not just a place to bake; it’s a nod to the old-school craftsmanship we admire. It’s simple, premium, and designed to look as good as the wafels taste.
