We hired sublime catering for our wedding and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made! The food was absolutely incredible — the pork was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour, with the crispiest crackling that our guests couldn’t stop talking about. The team were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience completely stress-free from start to finish. Everything was set up seamlessly, and they kept service running smoothly throughout the evening. We had so many compliments from our guests saying it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had, which says it all! If you’re considering a hog roast for your event, we couldn’t recommend it enough — delicious, memorable, and a real crowd-pleaser.

Paul and his team were excellent at every stage of the process from helping with the ordering quantity, to the pre communication, to the actual day, the setting up, the clearning up, his staff and of course the food was delicious! Well done and highly recommended. Will be using next time!

Paul and his team were great. Efficient and professional. There was a wide selection, great quality and well presented. It went down a treat with everyone. Paul certainly took the stress out of any additional arrangements, as they set up a canopy, had a gas heater, so certainly well prepared for any event and weather forecast.
