Sublime Catering Limited supplier of quality fresh food, we specialise in canape parties, wedding receptions, and corporate catering, hog and lamb roasts , the finest paella ,we are based in Hastings, but cover the whole of the south of England, there is not job to small to cater for or to big to handle, all our ingredients are locally sourced.
All our food is freshly prepared on site or at our Sussex unit. All our chefs are passionate about providing and excellent product and service to our clients.

Completely Amazing!
From start to finish, the whole process was so quick and easy, very good value for money, our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food we had, Tracey & Colin (the catering team at our event) were so warm and friendly, really great people! Lovely food but just not what we expected
Paul and his son are lovely. I booked a suckling pig for a party of 30 only six days before my husband’s 50th birthday (£550). Paul had agreed this, and said he’d order the pig on the Thursday before the Saturday event. However, we actually had two shoulders of pork, rather than sucking pig and there was no pig being cooked on site. It was still lovely and tasted delicious, but just not what we expected. We now know we need one month before the event to order the pig. If would known this before we still would have gone ahead with the shoulders, but it would’ve aligned our expectations. Overall it was all delicious.
