Our perfect pancakes are tossed in traditional black iron pans and we're super speedy at getting through a queue!
Our menu is filled with fresh and fabulous fillings including (of course!) old school classic Lemon & Sugar, Fresh Strawberries & Cream and Somerset Brie with Cranberry Sauce to name but a few. We make our own yummy Butterscotch & Chocolate Sauces.
Our festival style marquee has it's own little kitchen so we're completely self sufficient but we do require 2 hours to set up and an hour to break down with vehicle access for our transit sized van.
Our pancakes are not suitable for Coeliacs or Vegans I'm afraid, as our batter ingredients include fresh whole milk, wheat flour and free range eggs. Very happy to bring Gluten Free & Vegan wrapped Brownies though - please mention this when you book if required.
