The Taco Grill

Our signature street food experience. We roll up with our gas grill and cook fresh tacos at your event, creating an interactive experience with the sights, sounds and incredible aromas of Mexican street food.

Guests enjoy freshly grilled tacos served alongside Mexican street corn and nachos, with all the trimmings including fresh guacamole, cheese and our homemade salsas. It’s relaxed, sociable and full of flavour, bringing a proper Mexican street food atmosphere to your event.

Mexican Fiesta Platters

A colourful buffet style spread that is definitely not your standard beige buffet.

Inspired by the vibrant flavours and sharing style dishes of Mexico, our Fiesta Platters bring together a selection of crowd pleasing favourites including Mexican rice with salmon, mini burritos, cream cheese jalapeño poppers, chicken and beef flautas and plenty more.

Served cold and designed for relaxed grazing, it gives guests the chance to pick and choose from a variety of Mexican inspired bites. It’s a generous and flavour packed option, perfect for casual gatherings, lunches and events where you want great food without the need for on site cooking.

La Comida Mexicana

A proper Mexican family feast made for sharing.

Inspired by the family meals and gatherings of Mexico, La Comida Mexicana brings together hearty, comforting dishes packed with bold flavours and colourful ingredients. Think slow cooked Mexican chilli, smoky chicken tinga, baked enchiladas, fajitas and other traditional favourites, served alongside Mexican rice, beans, fresh salsas and all the extras.

It’s a relaxed, generous and flavour packed way to feed a group, designed to bring everyone together around the table and create the feeling of a proper Mexican family meal.

Hi, I'm Spencer After 10 years of selling tech, I finally found myself asking, "Is this really what I want to be doing?" The answer was pretty obvious. I've always loved bringing people together and if there was ever a barbecue, birthday or family gathering, I'd be the first to volunteer to do the cooking. That's when I realised food wasn't just something I enjoyed... it was something I genuinely loved.

So I swapped boardrooms for tacos and haven't looked back.

Because I love everything it stands for. It's fresh, vibrant and full of culture. While there's definitely a place for fine dining, Mexican food is all about bringing people together over incredible flavours without any fuss.

For me, it's about fresh ingredients, bold flavours, homemade marinades & salsas and food that's made to be shared. Great food should be relaxed, colourful and memorable. This is exactly what we aim to bring to every event.
