Tacos Locos

Tacos Locos is a Mexican street food business serving freshly prepared tacos, loaded nachos and crispy chimichangas, packed with bold Mexican-inspired flavours. We trade from our fully equipped food van at events, markets and festivals.

After years of working in street food and running events, I decided to turn my love of Mexican food into Tacos Locos. I wanted to create a fun, vibrant food business serving the kind of bold, comforting street food I love to eat myself – and Tacos Locos was born!

I have several years’ experience in the street food and events industry, both as a trader and as the organiser of successful street food events across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. This has given me extensive experience in catering at busy events, customer service, food preparation and understanding what makes a great street food offering.

Our typical customer is someone who loves great street food and enjoys trying fresh, flavour-packed dishes. We appeal to families, couples and foodies of all ages looking for tasty, good-value Mexican food at events, festivals and markets.
