I do Farmers markets as I do Catering services for min. 10 people . This style of cooking goes from a tasty appetiser format with mediterranean products,like pesto,feta cheese,roast peppers,jalapenos,garlic all i oli,focaccias,chorizo quiches or onion wine caramelize etc... to the elaboration of a paella,meat balls,casseroles etc... for small groups, putting together these different flavours you can present a table for your diners very appetising and polished. My intention its translate to flavours all the memories of where I come from ,like Tapas are popular in Andalucia and Pais Vasco,Paella is very popular in Valencia and Catalunya,the Tortilla Espanola have memories of history from Canarias to the North of Spain,churros from all around Spain,xuxos filled with cream Catalonia etc...My target its to bring diversity and to enjoy something new and diferent between two cultures.

I do any event, I did so far Christenings,weddings,birthday parties ,retirements celebrations,Hen parties,friendly reunions,work meetings etc...
