Taste of Punjab

Our theme is Indian Punjabi cooked food and examples of the types of food's are below :

Samosa's - vegetarian, Lamb and Chicken. The Bhaji's have spinach, cauliflower, onions and potatoes made with chickpea flour. It's our own twist on a Bhaji.
Chicken Tikka, Seekh Lamb Kebab, Chicken Kebab wrapped in hot Nann wraps cooked onsite, with salad, onions and cool green yoghurt mint chutney or red chutney or both depending on the customer's preferences.

Curries are Lamb, Chicken (Korma - our own twist on this - which we are finding customer's love), Chickpea Curry.

We have found our customers love to see the food cooked onsite and then served to them hot and fresh. The fresh cooking scents of the food attract our customers.

All our food is made by us personally - that is why our Samosa's are full of flavour and fresh. Our aim is to make sure the food we make and serve is tasty, wholesome with the customer in mind at the forefront. We get that buzz when customers like the food - that's our priority.

We get repeat customers because once they try the food, they come back for more.
Our Rock Awnings Gazebo stands out because we have ply boards all round painted a lovely dark Orange. People have commented on our Stall and our equipment is always clean and sparkling. We are of the opinion that a stall must look the part as well as offer good tasty food cooked onsite.

We cater for all types of special events such as Christmas, New Years, Birthdays and Engagements and Weddings.
