Our Flings, or pairings, are held at celebrated hospitality venues across the country and at our base in beautiful Dunkeld. Our ambassadors conduct innovative tasting experiences for visitors whether travelling here from far away or based nearby. Each event provides a unique treat for lovers of fine foods wishing to savour the combined pleasures of two of Scotland’s prized creations – the multi awarded-winning chocolate truffles of Iain Burnett, The Highland Chocolatier, married with a selection of Scotland’s best distillations of whiskies and gins. Individuals or groups can book a Fling through our website, by email, phone, or in person at our Dunkeld base. And if time is short, we offer MiniFlings - audio-guided pairings of our signature products, designed to last around 30 minutes and ideal for weddings. Our shop and display area sells chocolates, miniatures and our special kit with everything needed for hosting your own home-based Fling.
