Temptations Catering

Agreed to attend our event in Dec. When I emailed in Oct (concerned as they still hadn't paid their fee) to ask for the dimensions of the trailer, it was clear that they were confused about which event I was asking about and gave me the wrong information. When I confirmed which event I was talking about I received no reply despite also giving them my number. I looked for a replacement as it was clear that they had double booked. I left feedback and was told she tried to call me on the morning to say that she couldn't attend due to bad weather. I'm surprised by this as a) she hadn't spoken to me since late Oct about attending and was left out of all emails b) my phone didn't ring. When I pointed this out I was ghosted again! I felt lied to

I can't thank Kate and the Temptations Catering Team enough for their support last week. They arrived on time, ready to jump into action, and delivered really great service. We received lots of positive feedback from the customers and will look forward to working with them again soon.

Temptation catering came to our aid last minute when a concession pulled out. They had a fantastic range of food available and were professional and excellent to work with. I hope to work with them again in the future.

The Temptations Team were great to work with and served all of our attendees well, meeting a wide range of needs. They arrived on time and were very easy to work with, especially considering we had hundreds of people in attendance. Thankyou to the team!
