Our fully self-contained vans deliver fresh, made-to-order pizzas for weddings and corporate events of any size. Born in East Lothian and proudly serving the area for over 10 years, The Big Blu operates from two distinctive vans: a beautifully restored vintage Citroën H van and a modern Citroën Relay converted into a fully equipped kitchen. At the heart of both is our wood & gas-fired oven, where we create authentic artisan pizzas that are fresh, thin, hot, crispy, and finished with a subtle hint of wood smoke.

We’ve spent years perfecting our craft, catering for weddings, private parties, festivals, celebrations, corporate events, and street trading across East Lothian and beyond. Our pizzas are known for their light, crispy bases and vibrant flavours, made using high-quality ingredients with no artificial preservatives or additives. Quite simply, we trust our crust.
