The Bit & Brew

The Bit & Brew is a Sussex-based independent food and catering business specialising in generous, beautifully presented food made for sharing — with our mobile coffee horsebox also available to bring along to your event.

We create grazing boxes and platters, loaded focaccia sandwiches, brunch boxes, afternoon teas, fresh bread and pastries, alongside bespoke sharing spreads for parties and events.

Our catering is designed to be easy. Food can be delivered freshly prepared in ready-to-serve boxes and platters, so you simply unpack it, place it on the table and let everyone help themselves. We make the food, you have the party.

For larger gatherings, we can also design a sharing spread around your guest numbers, preferences and budget, combining options such as loaded sandwiches, grazing-style food, antipasti, fresh bread, salads and sweet treats.

Want coffee too? Our Bit & Brew horsebox can also attend suitable events for an additional cost, serving freshly made barista coffee and other drinks directly to your guests. This can be booked alongside our catering or discussed as part of a bespoke event package.

We cater for birthdays, weddings, christenings, hen parties, baby showers, office lunches, corporate events and celebrations across Sussex, with collection, local delivery and event options available.
