The Bit & Brew

The Bit & Brew is a Sussex-based independent food and catering business specialising in generous, beautifully presented food made for sharing. We create charcuterie and grazing boxes, loaded focaccia sandwich platters, brunch boxes, afternoon teas, fresh bread and pastries, alongside bespoke food for parties and events.

Our style is relaxed, abundant and seriously good — think loaded sandwiches, artisan cheeses, cured meats, antipasti, fresh fruit, locally baked bread and plenty of treats, all prepared and packed ready to serve.

We cater for everything from birthdays, hen parties and baby showers to weddings, office lunches, meetings and celebrations. Rather than requiring a full catering setup, many of our options can simply be collected or delivered ready for you to put straight onto the table — we make the food, you have the party.

For larger events or something a little different, we're also happy to discuss bespoke menus and quantities to suit your occasion, guest numbers and budget.
