About The Bug Club DJ Vans

Based in Brighton, East Sussex, the Bugbar is a unique, chic and bespoke vw campervan conversion. Our friendly & experienced team will add that retro panache to your wedding, event or festival. Hire our vintage VW cocktail bar or our most excellent DISCOBUG Dj booth & DJ’s.

Hire options: prices start from as little as £350.

PAY BAR - We provide the Bugbar fully staffed, we arrive with all the drinks/ice/refrigeration/cool boxes/cups/sundries - everything you need. We will organise your license, plus a full consultation about the drinks menu. Your guests simply pay for their drinks, our prices are less than you expect to pay in a bar. This option requires a minimum spend, a refundable deposit.

PRE PAID - Put a set amount of money behind the bar to provide complimentary drinks for your guests and when it runs out you can either top it up, or we can offer the Pay Bar service.

DRINKS PACKAGE - Based on a price per head we create a drinks plan for your event, for example a ‘welcome drink’ - Prosseco or a cocktail of your choice, followed by wine with the meal and bubbles for speeches. We operate a full bar to include beers, wine, spirits as well as a choice of cocktails.

DRY HIRE - You can hire the fabulous Bugbar with or without our staff and supply your own drinks.

WHAT YOU GET:

- The fabulous Bugbar as a feature at your event/wedding with all the decor and lighting. - Experienced and professional bar staff. - A full consultation about which drinks you would like served. Drinks priced typically less than a pub or bar. - Delivery and set up at least 2 hours prior to the start of the event. - The Alcohol licence & Public Liability

MOBILE BARS (without the Bugbar unit)

If the Bugbar does not fit in your venue you can still hire our services. We can provide one of our popup bars, fully staffed with the same fabulous drinks and service.

Typical Clients

We provide bars for weddings, festivals and even dry hire for corporate projects. Previous clients have included EA Games, Bestival, Latitude, VW, Just Kampers, The Great Escape festival, Secret Garden Party as well as many many weddings.
