Our Team

The heart of The Bullfighter is Alejandro and Elizabet, we are a Spanish couple who met in London during our journey in hospitality. With over 11 years of experience in the industry, they’ve honed their craft across kitchens, restaurants, and events — blending their love for authentic Spanish cuisine with a flair for modern, creative presentation. One day, we decided it was time to be the face of our own brand — to create something that truly reflected who we are and what we believe in.

Alejandro, our Head Chef, leads the kitchen with vision and expertise. He’s the creative mind behind our menus, blending traditional Spanish flavours with a gourmet, international touch inspired by his work in some of London’s most renowned restaurants — including Annabel’s, Chotto Matte, and Sexy Fish. His diverse background allows him to craft dishes that are both authentic and innovative, capturing the essence of Spain while embracing global influences.

Elizabet has built her career front of house, where her warmth and professionalism have made her a natural host. She’s also been deeply involved in marketing and reservations, ensuring every guest experience runs seamlessly. Despite her focus on service, her heart has always been in the kitchen — inspired by the traditional recipes passed down through her family.

Together, we’re the perfect team — combining creativity and precision, flavour and hospitality, to deliver unforgettable culinary experiences that reflect our shared love for food and people.
