An amazing celebratory meal
The experience was outstanding from start to finish. I’ll admit I was a little nervous when booking, as I hadn’t done anything like this before, but he immediately put me at ease—reassuring me throughout the process and making everything feel so simple and effortless. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with real care and skill. What really made the evening special, though, was Silvestre’s professionalism combined with such a warm and lovely personality. He made everyone feel at ease while still delivering a truly high-end dining experience. It was the perfect balance of fine dining and a relaxed, personal atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely book again!
Great Chef and Service
We wanted to have a special night for my 50th and Silvestre certainly delivered that, his food was great and he prepared everything fresh, which kept us all entertained especially our 4 year old :-). Silvestre even made me fresh Tiramisu for desert which I have to say was the best I had ever tasted. Highly recommended.

Very straight forward booking and service
Silvestre was very easy to communicate with and provided us with a wonderful meal which suited our family meal with ages ranging from 4 to 71.
