We roll up in a super cool airstream trailer and fire up authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas in our Gozney Dome ovens.
Our dough is fermented for 72 hours so it's super tasty and super digestible. It really gives it that sourdough taste.
It’s not just great food, it’s a whole vibe—fresh dough, crispy crusts, and a pizza setup that’s anything but ordinary.
Let me bring the flavour and the fun to your event. Your guests will love it, promise.

For the coffee, our espresso machine is a La Cimbali M26, one of the most appreciated coffee machines out there and we use a Mazzer electronic grinder for precise dosing.
