The Event Barn is a Hampshire based event decor hire company, where a rustic and vintage vibe meets modern sustainability. Sustainability is at the core of everything we do and as much of our product range as possible is reclaimed, recycled or reused.

Using responsibly sourced, natural materials, such as wood, metal and stone, ensures that each piece is not only sustainable but also beautifully unique. We work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life and help them put on the event they have always dreamed of!

Quality props with exceptional service

We used The Event Barn for a recent party and were thoroughly impressed with their service and the quality of their products. The setup looked amazing they nailed our theme and made the space feel perfectly customised for our event. The quality of the props was fantastic, especially the light-up letters. The wood finish stood out massively compared to the generic plastic ones you often see. It's clear the team are perfectionists. What truly made the experience "gold" was the hassle-free service. They arranged collection directly with the venue, which meant we didn't have to worry about any of the takedown admin and could just enjoy the end of our night. That level of customer service is rare and we would highly recommend!
