The Fab Patisserie

We create amazing afternoon teas that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Our afternoon tea includes: a wide selection of sandwiches, so everyone will be catered for (we also offer a vegetarian menu); scones, served with clotted cream and jam; and a selection of gourmet m desserts. As standard we also supply disposable plates, cutlery and napkins. We can also provide a full china service, for an additional cost, if required.

Menu:-

Sandwiches - Lancashire cheese with caramelised onion, Ham with Dijon mustard mayonnaise, Chicken salad, Egg and cress, Salmon and dill, Cucumber and cream cheese

Scones - a mixture of plain and currant (we can also included rose and lemon scones if requested)

Desserts - 4 desserts per guest. The desserts change daily, but are always a mixture of cakes, and pastries, with flavours for everyone.
