The Fig and Fire

Inspired by our own wedding where we had a caterer come to our house to serve food to our guests. I wanted to create my own business based on my own family's traditional cooking and heritage - Cyprus. I have grown up surrounded by amazing cooks (basically my whole family) my parents, uncles and aunts. Food has been the thing we enjoy most. Our traditional BBQ (The Foukou) has been part of the family for generations! Cooking amazing souvlaki on rotating skewers. In the past I have BBQ catered for friends on special occasions and encouraged by compliments, I decided to 'go professional' when the right time came. I purchased an old horse trailer in 2023, designed, fitted, put the hard work in and created what you see today :-) It's beautiful looking and would compliment any wedding or special occasion. I love serving great fresh food and with that mouth watering smell of charcoal cooking its puts a smile on my face....and your guests too!
