About The Fizzy Filly

We are a beautifully converted horsebox. Fully licensed bar. Crepes, Sussex steak burgers and sausages. Breakfast items - bacon, pastries. Hot chocolate, mulled wine and cider. Confectionery. We specialise in weddings and can also provide donut wall, giant games and a sweet station. Also offer an afternoon tea service with beautiful crockery.

Our Story

Having worked for numerous businesses in the hospitality field, I decided there was a gap in the market for modern, flexible catering with good old fashioned service. So the Fizzy Filly was born!

Our Team

Hi I’m Jane and have been working in hospitality for over 30 years in different sectors. I have a hygiene certificate, DBS, first aid certification, personal alcohol license and and SIA security license. All my staff are personally selected for their professionalism and all take their level 2 hygiene training with us. We will look after you, your guests and event with the utmost care and cater for many different styles.

Typical Clients

Our clients are primarily private events in their own home or venue so attention to detail and respect for the property is key. We can be very flexible around what our client and their chosen venue require.
