I'm a chef with over 30 years' experience in professional kitchens, working across Scottish, Italian, American and modern street-food styles. I've always enjoyed creating food that's full of flavour, but without overcomplicating things.

GoodGuys Street Food is my next chapter — a family-run pop-up taco trailer bringing bold, freshly prepared food to communities around Glasgow and North Lanarkshire.

The menu focuses on proper street food: soft corn tacos, loaded quesadillas, loaded fries and nachos, with a Scottish twist and plenty of Glasgow attitude.
