Option 1 - The Lamb Van
The Hampshire Shepherd has always had aspirations to take the catering world by storm. In late 2022 an opportunity presented itself that we just could not say no to. A converted 1970’s livestock trailer, full of character and with its own story. What could be more perfect and represent who we are and what we do.
So the Lamb Van was born with a dream to bring our homebred lamb to a whole new market. The Lamb Van gives us the opportunity to introduce our homebred grass-fed lamb to whole new markets.
Some of our menu options at recent events have included both Lamb and Mutton burgers, our ever-popular Moroccan Sausages, and the absolute star of the show, our Pulled Lamb. We always try to keep things interesting and offer you something a little different.
Option 2 - Spit Roast Lamb
Picture this: a succulent, homebred lamb, raised on lush grass and cooked to perfection over an open wood fire. With our Asado Cross (spit roast lamb), a classic South American technique, you can have this show-stopping dish served up at the location of your choosing.
Trust us, there's nothing quite like the mouthwatering aroma and flavour of slow-roasted lamb. And with our Asado Cross, you'll be treating your guests to a truly special experience that they'll talk about for years to come.
So whether you're hosting a corporate event, a wedding or a more intimate gathering, let us help you make it unforgettable. A whole lamb can feed up to 35 people. The Asado Cross is the perfect choice for any celebration.
