We provide authentic wood fired pizza made from our charming vintage horse box.
Our Pizza dough is made using Caputo flour to produce an authentic thin and crispy base. For the sauce, we keep it simple using the best quality San Marzano Italian tomatoes and a pinch of salt before topping each pizza with your choice of gourmet loveliness. Finally, for the best bit, the Pizza is blasted in our wood-fired oven for a mere 90 seconds resulting in a delicious, crispy and slightly charred gem of a pizza.

Absolutely brilliant
So happy we chose Hidden Gem as our caterers. I can’t recommend them enough. All our guests have been telling me the pizzas were fantastic. The icing on the cake was Ben finding me later in the night to check if I’d eaten- then making me a pizza and bringing it over when the answer was no. Thank you so much again!
Best pizza ever
The service was great, really easy to organise and accommodating. All our guests loved the pizza so much. Catered so well for our gluten free and vegan guests. This is the best gluten free pizza we have ever eaten 10/10. Also, the speed of service was great. The set up was really cute and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. We can't recommend them enough.
Absolutely amazing in all areas
The pizza van was the talk of the party, Ben and Natalie were absolutely fantastic, so so friendly and made the catering side of things completely stress free. They were punctual and all our guests were extremely impressed with the high quality of food that was provided. Amazing value for money and the pizza was genuinely to die for, the guests are still talking about it 3 weeks later ! Will definitely be having them back for future events. Thank you so so much !!!!
The perfect compliment to a great party
We booked Ben & Natalie for my 50th birthday for 120 people. Coms were great from booking through to the event offering us a great deal. The pizzas were simply the best and we had so many people say have amazing they were (even the ones they left over at the end of the night that we just consumed as hair of the dog!) The set up looked amazing in our courtyard - and Ben and Natalie were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help Thoroughly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
