Based in Brighton, The Hungry Nomad is a vibrant food van serving grilled ciabattas and loaded tater tots inspired by cuisines from around the world. With two vegan options among our five ciabattas, two vegan loaded tots, plus dairy-free, gluten-free and nut-free choices, we make sure everyone can enjoy something delicious.
Founded by two best friends with over 15 years of cheffing experience each, we’ve travelled the world collecting flavours, stories, and inspiration — and now we’re bringing them to your event. We pride ourselves on being professional, friendly and welcoming, with a slick van setup that’s perfect for any occasion, from intimate garden parties to large weddings and festivals.
