About The Maple Crepe Company

We offer high quality sweet and savoury crepes with the freshest of ingredients and a friendly service from our charming, customised trailer.

We have a food hygiene rating of five and can be completely flexible with our menu choices, adapting to your event. We also cater for gluten and dairy free and vegan, so there really is something for everyone!

Our Story

With over 25 years in the hospitality and catering business, we made the decision to go it alone, putting all of our efforts into creating something really special for every type of event. We thrive on providing a truly professional offering, with delicious, fresh food and an extremely friendly service. We want to ensure that we bring something special to every event we attend and that our customers are happy.

We are Peter and Bridget, a husband and wife team hailing from Canada and Wales. Peter has spent decades working in hospitality in Toronto, London and now Cardiff! Bridget has always worked in business and together we make a great team. We aim to provide a high quality service, with some fun thrown in.

Typical Clients

We serve up our delicious crepes at all types of events and have a wide range of clients. We are a great choice for weddings and parties and are also often booked for corporate events. We are invited to local craft and food fayres and larger festivals and music events. We are also often chosen for sporting events and film sets! Our wide range of options including gluten free and vegan make us a great choice for any occasion.

Amazing Crepês - Wonderful aesthetic!

We had The Maple Crêpe Company at the SomerSound Festival 2025, and they were fantastic! The crêpes were delicious, freshly made, and a real hit with the crowd. Their menu had a great mix of sweet and savoury choices, and everything was served quickly with a smile. From an organiser’s perspective, setup and pack-down were smooth and hassle-free, which made things really easy on the day. I’d happily recommend The Maple Crêpe Company to other event organisers and would love to have them back at future festivals.

Absolutely fantastic!

Whole booking was seamless from start to finish. Crepes were insanely popular with our children’s party guests (children and adults). They were extremely fresh and tasted delicious!! Bridget and Peter were friendly, professional and very kind. The van is new and spotlessly clean, it looked amazing. Truly wouldn’t book anyone else now. Cannot recommend highly enough.
