The Next Slice

The Next Slice began as a mission to bring authentic New York style flavours to the uk. Ever since we rebranded at the beginning of 2024 we have catered to 100s of parties, weddings, live festivals and corporate events in our brand new custom built pizza trailer which has been a huge hit with our customers! Following this success we have even opened up our first shop earlier this year!

I started making pizza at 13 and never stopped. After running a restaurant, I took it on the road in my vintage trailer and I’ve done 150+ events. From festivals to weddings, I stay calm under pressure and keep stone-baked NY-style pizzas coming—fast, buffet-style, with options for all diets.

Our events range all the way from small back garden birthday parties to the London Olympic fan zone in Mayfair!
