The Pancake Society started with my love of interiors, a head full of event ideas and well, obviously PANCAKES. Events have always felt like a natural fit for me, and I wanted to build something where I could put my own creative stamp on every detail.

My vision was to bring beautiful styling and a little indulgence together: a pancake cart that becomes part of the décor, with freshly cooked pancakes and decadent toppings that draw everyone over. I get just as excited about choosing the finishing touches as I do about seeing someone enjoy their first bite.

At heart, I’m a girl who loves making things look beautiful and making people feel special. The Pancake Society is my way of doing both—because who doesn’t love a pancake?

I bring a creative eye, a love of event styling and a being a complete foodie - the personal commitment to getting the details right is real!. In developing The Pancake Society, I’ve put that care into everything from the cart’s appearance to the menu and personalised finishing touches, so the whole experience feels thoughtfully put together.
