We provide a fun and friendly atmosphere serving quality food from our truck, sourced from local suppliers. Everything is homemade down to our bread and sauces and all can be tailored to each event.
Our current menu: Menu
The Big Pig - Slow cooked Devon reared pork shoulder wrapped in a honey mustard Carolina barbecue sauce, pig press vinegar coleslaw, bread and butter pickles, pineapple ketchup.
The BBQ Bull - Slow roasted Devon reared beef brisket wrapped in a smokey Texas barbecue sauce, Pig Press vinegar slaw, bread and butter pickles, barbecue mayonnaise.
Hot Honey - Grilled halloumi cheese, hot honey and thyme glaze, Pig Press vinegar slaw, roasted garlic and red pepper aioli.
All served in a homemade milk bun.
