The Pizza Rocket

We are passionate about using a combination of fresh local produce and authentic Italian ingredients to make our pizzas the best they can be.

Our Neapolitan style dough is cold-fermented and slow proved for a minimum of 72 hours, hand-stretched, then topped generously with our homemade Italian tomato sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano, Glastonbury Fior di Latte mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil. It's then cooked in our oven at 450°C in just 90 seconds.

We have a wide range of pizzas and toppings on offer and we allow full customisation of any pizza, along with added options of dips, olive oil infusions and garlic breads. So you can always expect a mouth watering selection to suit your preference. However our standard menu caters for the majority without the need for any further additions.

We are available for all types of private events, from Weddings, Birthday Parties, Corporate/Office events or just any form of social gathering, The Pizza Rocket could come to you!

We have also catered at many events including glastonbury festival, millfield private school, local street food markets in bristol and Somerset (we are a regular at ‘the frome Independent’)
