We are passionate about using a combination of fresh local produce and authentic Italian ingredients to make our pizzas the best they can be.
All of our dough is freshly prepared by us to a recipe traditional of Naples. After resting for around 72 hours, it’s then stretched out by hand, topped generously with our homemade tomato sauce, Mozzarella, fresh basil, cooked in our woodfired oven at 500°c in just 90 seconds.
We have a wide range of pizzas and toppings on offer and we allow full customisation of any pizza, along with added options of dips, olive oil infusions and garlic breads. So you can always expect a mouth watering selection to suit your preference.
