STAY AWAY! Total con artists
Do not speak to this company. I reached out about my 30th birthday party and they were responsive about providing services and equipment for it. Paid their deposit which was £175 and they confirmed they would be attending on the date intended. They were then unresponsive on the day and did not show up, leaving my party without decorations. They are still unresponsive despite attempting to contact via different phone numbers. Seems like they’ve shut down their line. Also this platform has not offered any service or solution to my problem. I’ve contacted customer service and it’s a dead end - avoid!!!!
