The Real Singing Waiters was born from a genuine love of performing and creating unforgettable moments for people.

Our story began when I was working as a singing waiter for another entertainment company. Unfortunately, that company went out of business but I knew the concept was far too special to disappear. I had seen firsthand the joy, laughter and energy that surprise entertainment could bring to a wedding or event, so I decided to take a leap of faith and go it alone.

With determination, years of experience and a passion for doing things properly, The Real Singing Waiters was created.

My own background has always been rooted in entertainment. I’ve performed in West End productions, worked on cruise ships, appeared on television and spent many years as a singer, actor, presenter and live-event host. Every part of that journey taught me how to read a room, connect with an audience and turn a performance into something people genuinely feel part of.

That experience became the foundation of The Real Singing Waiters. We don’t simply arrive, sing a few songs and leave. We blend in with the venue staff, build anticipation and then deliver a surprise performance filled with music, laughter and audience interaction. From napkins waving in the air and spontaneous singalongs to conga lines and packed dance floors, our aim is to bring the whole room together.

What inspires me most is watching people’s reactions. It’s the moment the guests realise their waiter, chef, police officer or delivery driver isn’t quite what they seem. It’s seeing different generations singing together, watching the bride and groom laughing with their families, and hearing afterwards that our performance was one of the highlights of the entire day.

That is why we do what we do.

Every wedding, party and corporate event is different, and we never take for granted the trust people place in us. We know these are important occasions that cannot be repeated, so we approach every booking with care, professionalism and a genuine desire to make it extraordinary.

What began as a difficult moment when another company closed its doors became the start of something incredibly positive. Today, The Real Singing Waiters is an award-winning team of talented professional performers, bringing surprise, energy and unforgettable memories to celebrations across the UK.

For us, it has never been only about singing. It’s about creating that one magical moment when an entire room comes alive and giving people a memory they will still be talking about for years to come.
