Great service
The level of service was great and the staff were very helpful towards our guests. It was a very tiring day for my son's funeral and they made sure everyone was catered for. Thank you Sacred experience team for your help and support.
Jaw dropping
Jael catered for the funeral and decorated the hall beautifully. She showed so much care, empathy and reverence throughout such a sensitive time. Her professionalism and timing were excellent, always thinking ahead and solving problems before they became stressful for us. The quality of the décor completely transformed the hall, and the Afro-Caribbean fusion catering was amazing, the jollof rice and jerk chicken, received so many compliments from guests. The Sacred Experience is a remarkably professional company, competently dealing with the efficient delivery of high-end event & catering services. Despite the short notice, manager Jael's cordial communication revealed an extensive knowledge of the events industry. The reception was for my father's wake, so I was particularly sensitive about everything being perfect as he himself always demanded excellence! Jael & her amazing crew delivered a superlative experience for the very complimentary guest mourners. The set-up was exemplary... the food was exquisite. The refreshments & wine were served generously. Ultimately, the HofA staff were respectful, polite, conducting the proceedings with utmost proficiency.
