Athlone Event Catering was created by Ian Addison in 2005 with his first commercial contract with the Honda (UK) Racing Team. He retired from the Armed Forces in 2004 as a Military caterer. His career spanned 24 years gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge. He spent his last 7 years as a senior manager in the rank of Warrant Officer. At Athlone we can create a bespoke service to your specific requirements. We are experts in diversity as well as the logistic problems some companies shy away from, in any location or environment.

We possess a fleet of vehicles together with catering equipment which can be ground sited. To that end we have the equipment required and are capable of replicating client's requests with ease. We offer a total eating experience with creative, innovative and stylish menus that are truly memorable. From a public event to an anniversary, christening, private party or charity ball - we can guarantee that we are able to cater for you.

We typically operate in the Brisitsh Superbike Paddock providing first class hospitality to a number of race teams which have included; Honda Racing, Tyco BMW, JG Speedfit Kawasaki and Ducati UK to name a few.

We now are expanding into the marquee side due to our 11 years of experience in the events industry and 39 years catering experience.
