We're The Threetles - Adam Dawson, James Brown, and Andy Bowen. We live in York and together we make up a trio playing all the great music from the Beatles' catalog. The three-part lineup gives a well-structured balance to the band; three voices, three guitars (plus occasional piano) and no intrusive drumming to drown out the subtleties of the music when performing live (no offense Ringo!). Plus, it also allows us to fit into more intimate venues, where noise is a consideration.
We have been performing throughout the UK for nearly two years now, and are set to give our first international concert next year in France in one of the largest Beatles conventions in Europe, where only three Beatles bands are chosen to perform each year. We have played at weddings, house parties, birthdays, clubs, theatres, you name it, and we're very flexible in terms of fitting in with more bespoke requests.
