I would thoroughly recommend The Village Loaf
Emma at The Village Loaf provided the buffet for my dad’s funeral on 25th August 2026. She was the only catering company who made contact by telephone and it genuinely felt like she cared, nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic, plentiful, fresh and tasty. Everything was homemade and beautifully presented. On the day we had so many comments on how lovely the food was. It was great value for money and even though The Village Loaf are based in Northampton, they delivered our buffet to Luton. Thank you Emma for making a very difficult day that little bit easier and providing such a personal service.

Emma was able to provide the diverse menu that we asked for. Plenty of vegetarian food, gluten free food, and when we asked for healthy options, it was no problem. Everything was delicious, and lots of people asked for the name of the caterers. I have no hesitation in highly recommending The Village Loaf.

I arranged a Self service informal menu with Loaf village. Food was really good and tasty. The process to select menu, get different alternatives and explain how the services was working was really easy with Emma’s help. She was keeping in contact from the beginning, so was really easy to manage everything with Loaf village. I also request party cake and was lovely. Thanks Emma and team to help me to get a perfect surprise Birthday Party.

Emma provided really good communication and excellent menu choices and was very accommodating to our requirements. The food was hot, tasty and most people went back for more, which is the best recommendation. Emma and her team set up, served and cleared away with quiet efficiency, whilst a meeting was ongoing, which was very much appreciated. Thank you.
