The waffles that we serve look, smell & taste delicious, together with a range of thick milk shakes in assorted flavours & toppings, all in full view of customers to add to "the theatre of food preparation", also serving teas, coffees (non speciality), hot chocolate & soft drinks. A menu that is uncomplicated & not overwhelming. All served with great customer service & overseen every step of the way by the partners Wayne & Shameem Taylor, ensuring that our high standards are maintained. Trading since June 2013, Local Authority Registered with a "5 RATING" in 2023. Trained to Level 3 Award in food Safety in Catering. References supplied upon request. A choice of bookings from our horsebox & our eye catching "quirky” looking 46 year old converted retro/vintage caravan, with complimenting uniforms & menus that look professional & fit in with the overall theme of things.

Working outdoors & the freedom it brings, seeing different people & places is simply the best, you never feel as if you are really working, its great! We started with a gazebo initially & although we have had a few mobile units over the years we now operate from our converted retro caravan & horsebox, both fully renovated by myself to a high standard. We strive to provide excellent customer service with a hands on approach to all aspects of the business.

Trading now for some 13+ years at every type of event & every weather condition that you can imagine day & night!

We are able to attend private parties, open-days, corporate events, school fairs, music festivals & country shows etc.
