The Waffle Wagon

The waffle wagon were booked to provide catering services to a running event with 250 competitors and around 25 volunteers. We were raising money for the Salisbury Hospital Hospice. Prior to the event they contacted me to make sure they were the sole food provider, which they were. On the day of the event I received a text informing me they were 'unable to attend' no reason or meaningful apology was offered. We had 2 visiting clubs who were expecting food and drink. They would have made a lot of money. So utterly dreadful describes my experience with the waffle wagon, avoid at all costs. I'm not going to use the add to event site either as my first choice also pulled out, but with reasonable notice. In house catering from now on.

We used The Waffle Wagon and the Chippy Wagon at our summer fair. They arrived in plenty of time to set up and be ready for our guests arrival. Service was great, commication was great, food was fab! Highly recommened
