We believe that well-treated animals produce more flavoursome and all-round better meat. All our beef is British, grass fed and matured for at least 21 days to bring out the flavour and increase the tenderness. We have 6 trucks of varying sizes and a staff of experienced chefs.
We use British Wagyu beef for our burgers - the meat must originate from one of four traditional Japanese cattle breeds, Japanese Black, Japanese Brown, Japanese Shorthorn and Japanese Polled. The wagyu burgers we serve are rich, tender, and full of flavour. Once you have tasted them, you will never look at the Golden Arches the same.

Typical Clients
We cater over 300 events per year covering weddings, parties and corporates. We have cooked for the chefs at Tom Kerridge’s Party In The Park, Aston Martin Formula 1 team, Porsche, Triumph Motorcycles, Porsche and Ferarri.

Couldn't recommend enough!
Stephen and the team catered our evening food ar our wedding. The burgers were sensational, all the guests loved them! The van was beautiful too - really bright, and added a great aesthetic to the event. The communication was excellent, and they liased with the venue to make it all really easy from our side. Really grateful to Stephen and The Wagyu Burger Truck, fantastic food and service!! Thank you!
