We are a mobile wood fired pizza business, we set our gazebo up over our bespoke trailer where we cook our pizzas in an authentic Portuguese clay brick, wood burning pizza oven using seasoned hard wood, mainly oak. We use our home made, own recipe tomato sauce which is made with fresh ingredients and home grown herbs, each pizza is lovingly made in front of you while you wait with freshly made on site, hand rolled dough, we use locally sourced cheese and toppings where possible.
We have a simple menu, Margarita, Veggie and Meaty pizza’s also garlic bread, rosemary and garlic flat bread, tomato flat bread, we also offer gluten free pizza’s and a cheese which is also suitable for vegans as an option. We are also happy to create different toppings for different events if required. We are fully insured and have a hygiene rating of five from Poole council.

We have catered for a number of weddings and private party's as well as family fun days, beer festivals, food festivals and firework events.

Fantastic food and excellent service.
Compact set up, excellent pizzas and lovely staff. We didn't manage to eat all that was cooked so the team boxed them up and we were able to send our guests home with free pizza which they was awesome!
