We can serve anything from 100 people at a wedding/private function to a festival with 1000's attending We have a set up that can cater for either, using one or two food trailers with a refrigerated trailer to hold all stock and maintain all the principles of food safety and an additional kitchen built behind in a large gazebo.
We can also squeeze into little spaces using our 3m x 3m gazebo set-up, so we can really cater for any size event. We provide gourmet burgers using the best butcher-produced salt and pepper burgers and a host of delicious quality toppings including Monterrey Jack cheese, smoked pancetta, marinaded pulled pork and brisket and accompanied by the finest sauces. We also do loaded fries, posh dogs, and traditional hog roasts.
I am a former award-winning butcher and I work alongside some extremely qualified chefs so rest assured your food requirements are in safe hands.
We have also consistently maintained a five-star food rating with our local food hygiene inspectorate.
