TMS Catering was founded by Chefs Theo & Winnie, a couple who met in a professional kitchen over 8 years ago and have been cooking side-by-side ever since, both at work and in life.
Rooted in Winnie’s Hong Kong heritage, TMS specialises in Asian-inspired cuisine with a modern Western influence — creating food where East truly meets West. Every menu is designed with a focus on bold flavours, thoughtful detail, and meaningful storytelling through food.
