I ordered online and it was delivered as promised. It was all very straightforward. I would have liked some option for communication in advance about where to locate the loo since I was at work when it was dropped off. Otherwise, the loo was spotlessly clean and a great idea for the party!

Apologies we have not responded sooner there was no notification.
We have just checked the emails between us and unfortunately, i cannot see any instructions in relation to the location that the portable toilet needed to be placed otherwise this would have been sent to the transport team and popped on the schedule for the driver.
If you ever decide to hire with us again, we can of course have a conversation to take any instructions for access/location and we will ensure this is passed to the transport team, or we can ring you when on route for instructions if not present at the site location.
We are happy to hear though overall you was happy and we thank you for your custom and we will feed this back to the office. Kind Regards 5 Star Review
